Why FVOP?
Our Vision
FVOP is the leader for delivering efficient, effective, innovative projects by top professionals who are making a difference.
As a strategic partner, FVOP listens to clients’ needs to provide customized solutions to design, build, and operate successful projects.
Our Philosophy
The partnership we create with our clients is the key to our success. Listening to your ideas, concerns, and goals, we collaborate with you to find solutions that work.
Your water and wastewater treatment facilities and transmission systems are major multimillion-dollar investments of infrastructure and should appear as such.
Our Team
We’re made up of hard workers who enjoy utilizing their hands, rather than sitting behind a desk. Our staff work hard so they can play hard in their off time. We are hunters, farmers, boaters, veterans, fishers, gamers, and more, but we all come together to be leaders in water and wastewater operators. We like to work hard and play hard because work-life balance is important. Learn more about why people enjoy working for FVOP here.
Our Expertise
Our staff is committed to providing a quality product while meeting the time and budget constraints of our clients. This goal has resulted in a high degree of repeat business. Nearly 90% of our work has come from existing clients from year to year.
We have organized ourselves into market-driven groups. We feel this structure provides the company greater flexibility in responding to the changing needs of our clients. This also gives the staff more flexibility in regard to career options.
Our Professional Development
FVOP strongly believes in continual professional development. We offer a tuition reimbursement program, pay for certain professional memberships, reimburse meals during attendance at professional society meetings, and encourage staff to obtain certifications and professional registrations. Our in-house training includes regular seminars from both internal and external sources, with topics based on the needs and requests of the staff. We typically have between 20 and 25 training sessions per year.
